Weario isn't showing on my store. What should I check?

If Weario isn't appearing, check these items in order:


  1. 🔌 App Embed Blocks:

    • Are the Weario app embed blocks enabled in your theme? (Most common issue)

    • Check: Online Store > Themes > Customize > App embeds

  2. 📦 Product Sets:

    • Have you created at least one Product Set?

    • Are your products included in a Product Set?

    • Check the Product Set preview to confirm products are included

  3. 💳 Plan Requirements:

    • Starter: Only product pages

    • Growth/Pro: Product, collection, and cart pages

    • Make sure you're viewing the right page type for your plan

  4. 🎨 Theme Compatibility:

    • Try switching to a default Shopify theme temporarily to test

    • Some custom themes may need positioning adjustments

  5. 🔄 Browser Cache:

    • Clear your browser cache and try in an incognito window

    • Changes can take a few minutes to appear
